“Air conditioner did not work on the entire floor. Amenities are hidden and hard to find/access Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service.”

“I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. The spa, gym and yoga were all enjoyable and the restaurants and breakfast options were also great. Can’t recommend it enough if you want a nice relaxing few days away from the chaos of hanoi!”

“We were the only guests so im not shure that kitchen was 100% working, Could maybe have had more breakfast alternatives, but as i said, great staff”

The hotel staff was very accommodating to...
